What We Ate at Disneyland Halloween Time 2026: The Best Treats We Tried

Halloween Time has officially arrived at Disneyland Resort, which means spooky decorations, pumpkin everything and a ridiculous amount of seasonal food to try. On our latest Disneyland trip, thanks to the Inspire Magic Key annual pass, we basically ate our way through the park, and there were a few things I’m already craving again.

Halloween Treats at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe

Our first stop was Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe on Main Street, U.S.A., where we tried treats from the Halloween menu.

The Brownie Pie ($8.49) is a fudge brownie baked inside a pie crust and topped with ganache, colorful mousse and sprinkles. This thing looks like it would be a complete sugar bomb, but surprisingly, it wasn’t overly sweet. It was rich, decadent and chocolatey without being too much.

We also tried the Mickey Pumpkin Cupcake ($8.49), made with cream cheese frosting, brown sugar crumbles and orange white chocolate mousse. Again, rich and decadent, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Between the pumpkin shape and little chocolate Mickey ears, it’s also one of the cutest Halloween treats this year.

Then came the dangerous one.

The Maple-Bacon Cinnamon Roll ($11.49) might have been my favorite thing we ate all day. It’s topped with maple cream cheese, glazed bacon, pecans and a white chocolate drizzle. It was sweet, gooey and you could actually taste both the maple and the bacon instead of the bacon just being thrown on there as a gimmick.

I’m already craving it again and will absolutely be going back for another one.

Between those three and the Brownie Pie, Mickey Pumpkin Cupcake and Maple-Bacon Cinnamon Roll, we apparently went to Disneyland and said, “Yes, we'll take the bakery.” 😂

But wait, there's more! Yes, let the "big back" adventure continue. (I swear we don't always eat like this).

Then there was the Halloween Matterhorn Macaroon ($8.99), a coconut macaroon dipped in white chocolate and covered in Halloween sprinkles. This one was moist, flavorful and another win.

We also tried the Mickey Mummy Macaron ($8.99), a ridiculously cute Mickey-shaped cookies-and-cream macaron that was almost too adorable to eat. Almost. The macaron had plenty of flavor and, most importantly, wasn't dry at all. That's always my biggest fear with macarons because nothing ruins one faster than biting into a dry, crumbly shell.

The Caramel Apple Cheesecake ($7.99) was creamy, rich and decadent, with caramel cheesecake, caramelized apple filling, caramel drizzle, orange white chocolate mousse and chocolate flakes. This was another dessert that packed plenty of flavor without just tasting overwhelmingly sweet.

Chili-Cheese Fries for Dinner

For dinner, we headed over to Stage Door Café in Frontierland and ordered the seasonal Chili-Cheese Fries ($13.99). Apparently, I was so hungry I forgot to take a photo!

Disney loads the fries with hearty beef chili, shredded cheese, sour cream and green onions. These were SO good and exactly what I wanted after walking around Disneyland all day. It’s definitely more of a meal than a snack, especially if you’re already working your way through the Halloween treats.

The Pumpkin Cold Brew Was Actually Worth It

Later, we needed caffeine, so we stopped at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree in Bayou Country for the new Grizzly Pumpkin Cold Brew Latte ($7.99).

This was another winner.

It’s made with Joffrey’s French Roast Cold Brew, a whipped cream topper, pumpkin spice and a little pumpkin candy on top. The pumpkin flavor actually came through, but the drink wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated after everything else we ate that day.

Most importantly: it woke me the hell up. 😂 We also got the Mayor sipper cup.

What Would I Get Again?

The biggest surprise was how much we liked everything. Disney Halloween desserts can sometimes look better than they taste, but the Brownie Pie and Mickey Pumpkin Cupcake were both decadent without being painfully sweet.

Still, if I could only go back for one thing, it would be that Maple-Bacon Cinnamon Roll.

That thing is dangerous. 🎃🏰

Aside from the snacks, Disneyland is fully decked out with Halloween decorations. The Ray Bradbury tree by the Golden Horseshoe looked so cool.

Have you tried any of the Halloween Time snacks?
